Went to post a DVLA form last week and the lady at the counter was knowledgeable and efficient. She processed 3 other people's packages quickly as well in the short 5 mins I was at the shop.
- JAJoseph Allen6 days ago1.0Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had dealing with any business. The queue times are constantly ridiculous, the service is painfully slow, and the staff are often unhelpful and downright rude. On one occasion, I had already been queuing for over 10 minutes, with around 15 minutes still left before closing time. Rather than serving the remaining customers, a member of staff came out, closed the shutter, didn’t say a word to the people still queuing, and offered no apology. For a Post Office that is supposed to serve the local community, the experience is shocking. Slow, rude, badly managed, and completely unreliable.
